Questions from doctors & hospitals
Why is the onboarding form not public?
To protect patients. Every partner is checked by a real person before they can create a profile, so patients only ever see verified doctors and facilities. Your private link is valid for 7 days and can only be used once.
What documents will I need during onboarding?
Doctors: PMDC certificate, CNIC, degree certificates, a professional photo and clinic timings. Hospitals, labs & diagnostic centres: healthcare-commission licence, NTN, list of services and a contact person. Bank, Easypaisa or JazzCash details are needed for payouts.
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings from video consultations are released weekly, after the consultation is completed. You can withdraw any time from your earnings dashboard to your bank account, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Can I keep my existing clinic and hospital practice?
Yes. Dil Ka Doctor works alongside your existing practice. You choose your own availability, fees and which services to offer online.
Do you share my photo or videos?
Your profile details are shown only after you give media consent. Interviews or videos for our YouTube channel are always optional and require separate written consent.
