Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email, city and, optionally, CNIC for identity verification.
• Health information you choose to share: symptoms, medical history, prescriptions and uploaded reports.
• Booking and payment records. Card details are processed by our payment partners and are never stored on our servers.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and fast.

2. How we use your information

• To book, confirm and remind you about appointments, tests and home services.
• To let the doctor you book review your history and reports before and during a consultation.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To improve our services using anonymised, non-identifiable statistics.

3. Who we share it with

Your medical information is shared only with the doctors, labs and home-care staff involved in your care, and only to the extent needed. We do not sell personal data to advertisers, insurers or employers.

We may disclose information where required by Pakistani law, a court order, or to protect someone's life in an emergency.

4. How we protect your data

Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Access by staff is limited, logged and reviewed. Doctors access records only through their secure dashboard.

5. Your rights

• Access and download your records from your patient dashboard.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Withdraw consent for reminders or marketing messages at any time.

6. How long we keep data

Medical and consultation records are retained for as long as required under applicable Pakistani regulations and PMDC guidance. Marketing preferences are deleted when you close your account.
