Acceptable Use Policy

1. Treat everyone with respect

Abusive, threatening or discriminatory language towards doctors, staff or other patients is not allowed in consultations, reviews or messages.

2. Honest reviews only

• Only patients who completed a consultation may leave a review.
• Paid, fake or incentivised reviews are removed and may lead to suspension.
• Reviews must not reveal another person's private medical information.

3. Prohibited activities

• Recording consultations without the doctor's consent.
• Uploading files that contain malware or are not your own records.
• Attempting to access another person's account or data.
• Using the platform to sell medicines or services outside agreed channels.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
