Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Appointment scheduling

• Patients can book video consultations or in-clinic visits with registered doctors.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (for online consultations) or after doctor approval (for in-clinic slots).
• Patients receive SMS, email and WhatsApp confirmation with the appointment details.

2. Rescheduling policy

• Patients may reschedule an appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time, subject to doctor availability.
• Doctors may also reschedule due to medical emergencies. In such cases, patients will be offered a new convenient slot, or a full refund (for online consultations).

3. Cancellation policy

Patients can cancel an appointment from their dashboard, by WhatsApp or by calling our helpline.

• Up to 12 hours before

  Full refund, or credit for your next booking

• Within 12 hours, but more than 2 hours before

  50% refund, or 50% credit

• Less than 2 hours before, or no-show

  No refund

• If the doctor cancels

  100% refund, or free rescheduling

4. Refund policy

• Refunds apply only to online / video consultations paid in advance.
• All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, card or bank transfer).
• Service fees and bank charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable once a consultation has been completed.

• By booking, patients agree that basic non-identifiable data (age, gender, symptoms) may be used for health analytics. This data is privacy-protected and never sold.
• Patients' photos or videos will only ever be used with their written consent.
