Appointment Scheduling

- Booking is confirmed only after successful payment (for online consults) or after doctor approval (for in-clinic slots).
- Patients will receive SMS/Email / WhatsApp confirmation with appointment details.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Patients may reschedule an appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time (subject to doctor availability).
- Doctors also have the right to reschedule due to emergencies; in such cases, patients will be offered:
- A new convenient slot
- OR a full refund (for online consults).
3. Cancellation Policy
- Patients can cancel an appointment:
- Up to 12 hours before → Full refund / credit for next booking.
- Within 12 hours but before 2 hours → 50% refund / credit.
- Less than 2 hours OR No-Show → No refund.
- If the doctor cancels, patient gets:
- 100% refund OR free rescheduling.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds apply only to online/video consultations paid in advance.
- All refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method.
- Service fees / bank charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable once a consultation has been completed.
5. Emergency Disclaimer
- dilkadoctor.pk is not an emergency service.
- In case of chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, or suspected heart attack, patients must call 1122 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
6. Media & Consent
- By booking, patients agree that basic non-identifiable data (age, gender, symptoms) may be used for health analytics (privacy protected).
- Patients’ photos/videos will only be used with written consent.
